Is this labor-only, or can you run a full move too?
Both. Already got a rental truck, a POD, a Penske, or a shipping container? Hire our movers hourly to fill or empty it, up the triple-decker stairs and all, or hand us the entire job with our own truck and crew. Plenty of our jobs are the loading and nothing else.
How much will it cost?
A single plain quote, given to you before any work begins. Expect a small apartment around $250–$380 and a two-bedroom near $570–$860. Booking crew by the hour instead? A two-person crew is $125/hr and a three-person crew $165/hr, nothing hidden.
Do you handle apartment and student moves?
Yes, every week. Worcester runs on triple-deckers and colleges, and we move students and renters near Clark, Holy Cross, WPI, Worcester State, Assumption, and MCPHS. We work the narrow walk-up stairwells, time the move to your lease and campus turnover, and can pack you to go in a single trip.
What does no hidden fees mean?
The figure we give you is the figure you pay. Right from the quote we account for the stairs, the miles, and the heavy items, which means no padded fuel line, no creeping hours, and nothing new at the door.
Can you load my rented truck so it holds up on the road?
That is one of our specialties. Heavy items go on the bottom, everything gets strapped in layers and braced tight, so nothing shifts over a long drive. Rented too small a truck? Getting the whole load into a truck that ran small is right in our wheelhouse.
Do you ever squeeze in a next-day booking?
Often. People note in reviews how quickly we answer and lock in a date. Send a quick text, and we can usually confirm within the day if there is room for it.
Will you take a piano, a chest freezer down in the basement, or other heavy pieces?
Absolutely, bulky and awkward items are routine for us, tackled with the right boards, dollies, and straps, priced plainly ahead of the date while your floors stay protected throughout.
How far ahead should I book?
A weekday slot usually frees up inside a few days. Saturdays, month-end, and the late-August college turnover book up quickly, so get in touch with some lead time. In a pinch? Reach out regardless, since we grab next-day work whenever the schedule allows.
